How to choose: Rambutans are ripened naturally on the tree and are ready to eat when harvested. To open, ring-cut the skin and twist! The succulent, translucent flesh separates from the seed.

Storage: If stored correctly in a sealed container or wrapped in plastic and refrigerated rambutans will keep for up to a week.
