Radish White (Each)


Also known as Diakon Radish

Select long, firm, white radish that feels heavy for its size with fresh-looking green leaves attache

Trim green leaves leaving 2 cm attached. Store in the crisper in the fridge. Use within 3–4 days

To prepare, cut off the top and root. Peel with a vegetable peeler and shred or grat

Serving idea, toss shredded white radish with sliced cucumber and oak-leaf lettuce leaves. Drizzle with a soy–salad dressing, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
