Our pork cutlets are a lean, flavoursome and tender cut, crumbed in a delicious garlic & parmesan crumb. These cutlets are best cooked flash fried on the fry pan first to brown the crumb, followed by oven roasting and then rested for 5 minutes to allow the meat fibres to relax.
