That said we are always looking at continually delivering customer excellence and as an extremely valued Fruitezy client, we would like to extend an invitation for you to join our next customer focus group which, will be held from 10.00am- 12.00 noon on Tuesday the 10th November 2015, in the “Chatswood Room” at The Sebel Hotel, 37 Victor Street Chatswood, right opposite Westfield. Parking is available either at Westfield or under the Hotel building, and entrance is via Victor St.
Our focus groups are made up of 8-12 clients, set in a quiet environment for 1.5 to 2 hours and the purpose of running these focus groups is that we like to hear directly from you and get your thoughts and input on what we can do to improve in all areas of our stores and make your shopping experience more enjoyable.
As a token of our appreciation for your time and contribution, Fruitezy will gift you a $100 shopping voucher to use in our online store and experience first hand our home delivery service via our new website www.fruitezy.com.au
