Yellow Dragon fruit

Pitaya, pitahaya or yellow dragonfruit have you tried them? A native to South America around Columbia and Ecuador this thick yellow-skinned fruit contains numerous tiny black edible seeds (great for fibre) its flesh is crisp, juicy and very sweet with a floral tropical flavour and is not acidic.

Yellow dragonfruit is said to be the sweetest of all the dragonfruit varieties.
