Also known as yard beans

Sold in bunches, snake beans are approx. 30 cm in length, slender, crisp and flexible when bent.

Store in a plastic bag in the fridge and use within 2 –3 days.

 Snake beans are traditionally used in Asian-style dishes.  Chop into 3-6cm lengths and add to soups or stir-fries.  They are delicious tossed in a hot wok with garlic, green onions, oyster sauce and a dash of stock.
