TOP WAYS TO ENJOY ZUCCHINI
Delicately flavoured zucchinis are a versatile, no-fuss vegetable that requires minimal preparation. Cut in half, Slice, dice, chop, grate, spiralize, hollow them out or use whole. Zucchini is a very multipurpose veggie with tender flesh and mild flavour; its delicate flavour and texture naturally take up other flavours and can be used in many different ways.
SELECT:
Choose firm zucchini with glossy skin.
STORE:
Keep zucchini in a plastic bag in the crisper in the fridge. Use with 3-4 days.
PREPARE:
There is no need to peel; use the entire vegetable!
ZUCCHINI ROUNDS:
Thread onto skewers to complement chicken or meat or use as a delicious addition to stir-fries or frittatas.
GRATED ZUCCHINI:
