Melon

Melons taste and smell particularly sweet, yet add only a small amount of calories to the diet. Aside from their obvious uses on their own or in salads, rockmelon, watermelon (including seedless watermelon), honey dew melon and a range of other varieties can be used in cold soups, stir-fry dishes and salsas just to name a few.
