This amazing Summer Cherry Pavlova is packed with the combined flavours of cherries, blueberries, creme fraiche, flaked almond and cherry syrup making it a guaranteed favourite this summer you will dread not taking the chance to try it.
Decorating the Summer Cherry Pavlova: With Cherries, Blueberries, Crème Fraiche, Flaked Almonds and Cherry Syrup
1 x large Pavlova base (bought or pre made)
½ box of cherries
1 x punnet of blueberries
1-2 containers of Crème fraiche
½ cup of cherry syrup/jam
60 gm of salted chocolate
1. Place the plain pavlova base onto a flat cake stand or flat platter/board.
2. Mix the crème fraiche using a fork or mini whisk in a small bowl and then using a spoon, spatula or palette knife spread the crème fraiche evenly over the top surface of the pavlova.
3. Arrange the cherries around evenly, drizzle with cherry syrup over the top then place the blueberries around.
4. Use a peeler to flake the chocolate over the top of the cherries and blueberries. Then add the flaked almonds.
