This Delicious Green Smoothie is packed full of essential nutrients and is the perfect way to start any day!
- 2-3 handfuls of fresh or frozen spinach or other green
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwifruit
- a small piece of fresh ginger, roughly chopped
- a small piece of fresh turmeric, roughly chopped (or 1 tsp ground)
- ¼-1/2 ripe avocado (depending on size)
- 250-300 ml water, coconut water or dairy-free milk
- pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blitz until smooth and serve immediately!
